The market became deceiving tools of big boys. Shareholders invest thousands million cash into ERG, and made 20 years efforts. But when reward time came, the big boys said: I decided to take all away then close.

Why a company just died at its peak income time?

1. For an USA company, they killed No.1 competitor ERG, take over the market and technology at cheap prices. They maybe made corruption to NSW government some officers to strangely terminate ERG T-card at final stage. They will be arranged in a mono-tender by NSW govt. to take over Sydney T-card everything. Taxpayers will pay the much higher price bill for them.
2. For NSW government some officers, they may take any last opportunity to grab any last huge lump sum money before leave. So, they terminated the projects at final stage, may just for offer opportunity for other two big boys to do their dirty deals. It is clear that they are helping the USA boy strongly.
