Vote Against=14.5, 1.69% of Total Shares, 2.4% of Total No Duncan Shares.
Vote Abstain=1, 0.12 of Total Shares, 0.17% of Total No Duncan Shares.
Vote Discretionary=18.2, 2.12% of Total Shares, 3.02% of Total No Duncan Shares.
Total Voted= 107.4, 12.49% of Total Shares, 17.81% of Total No Duncan Shares.

Only Top 20 people (112.8) voted 107.4 m, other 500m votes hopelessly gave up votes, as prices manipulated to so low by above fraud of Ingot C.M. So Ingot only needs to make inside secrete agreements with top 4 people, it was already enough to pass the vote. That means only 4 shareholders against 17000 s to pass the voting.

Also, Ingot may paid some related people to bought lots shares after they manipulation ERG price to very low, then control them to vote .
