Your statements are correct. There are two series of convertible notes, the first are unlisted and were originally issued to Motorola. We will make a statement to the market shortly regarding the extinguishment of these notes. The second series of notes are listed on the ASX (trading symbol: ERGG) and are the subject of the restructure.
In response to your earlier email regarding Sydney, we are more focused at this time on working with the customer to conclude the contract documentation.
