Interesting turn of events if it is proved to be correct, perhaps it should have been brought to the attention of the relevant watch dogs. However I guess they would currently need very little power given nothing really seems to be happening and there is probably only a few workers if any left. They could run a few lights and the coffee machine with a small 2kw petrol generator and perhaps a couple of solar panels. The quarterly due in a few weeks should reveal nothing as usual, but of course they will be still talking with unknown interested parties.
