AEC confirms old school conservative Eric Abetz has lost his Liberal Party Senate seat.
The Liberals are being decimated because the voting public realise they are out of touch and out of date. We are in an era where bold renewal is needed. but the Liberal Party continues to be stuck in the past. The sad part is that those still there think its the people that have deserted them who are wrong and with that sort of attitude there is not much hope for them to recover.
