there were twice, NC sold off some large parcel of his holdings but seem not any negative effect to later share price.
in Dec 2010, he sold 5 million shares, in the range of 149c-150c, the next day after selling, share price rose and since then rapidly increased to 235c.
in Jan 2011, he sold 7 million shares, in the range of 180c-203c, share price dip to 174c in the second day after selling, then increased to 197c, 230c, 270c.
this fact("NC's sold")may be as a contrarian indicator, and means that share price would begin to rise in the future.
