    Oracle was settled earlier but there is likely to be a number of others banks etc using the technology that was in dispute between FST and Oracle. I guess thats what you are referring to Yonder and you are correct it was alluded to in an earlier announcement.

    To Georgeaux, looks like the second galah at 8c got blown away too lol.
