I would suggest that the Company have acknowledged their poor performances for that period you mention and this is why Tony R and Nick S are now onboard and that the company is actively seeking a Finance Lead with relevant FMCG experience.

So given all that, it's kind of pointless to keep referring back to the companies action prior to appointment of this new management team, the prior performances of the company are well and truly baked into the share price (overdone in my opinion by the small shareholders) and the scrutiny of management should be line in the sand from this current financial year forward.
