Hi Rolla, thought the same myself but FAR have issued default notice on Erin so my guess is Erin still had to fund their 20% of costs other than drilling (holding costs, lease fees etc) …. who knows, would be nice to see it clarified prior to spud though, if its not sorted prior and they hit black gold then that ambiguity over such a large asset will have all the legal eagles salivating....
