Thanks again for an interesting post and your sharing your inquiries. This statement was rather interesting:

"In my opinion FAR will lodge their PE application after September, after all the expected good news has been announced to the market."

Are you saying that the arbitration will be sorted by then and FAR is expecting to be given the opportunity to PE?
