I think that any investment in infrastructure is a great sign in developing nations. It shows that the coffers are filling up and forward estimates can be made, hence an emerging economy. Great news stb, keep it up. As for Eritrea this country has a huge future and so does Ethiopia they both dont want to scare away foregn investment not in todays day and age. This is my personal opinion.
