Please watch another plausible signal as indicated in AGM's agenda, PSY BOD asks AGM's approval for additional 10% shares placement on top of allowable 15% shares placement without shareholders' approval. With the present cash balance over $7 million, PSY actually does not require additional working capital in next two years, why will they ask for additional capacity to do shares placement. What for? Acquisition of other companies or businesses?
