A confession. I own a fair chunk of ERL, and I went in somewhat blindly. Why did I buy? Because there are very few other ASX stocks with so much insider buying. In my mind, insiders usually buy when they are certain good times are ahead. Furthermore, ERLs boss,Dr Michael Ruane, has a reputation for being honest, thrifty & realistic.
I am curious as to why other investors got into ERL? What are the positives in your eyes? Is this a bottom drawer stock or are we likely to be diluted into oblivion over the next decade?
