Hi BabyDoc …. I have been casually invested in ERL on a *hopeful* basis for the same insider buying reason for while now after holding shares and then dumping at a loss due to disgust with previous management and the company’s rather notorious history as a management-and-friends-money-spinner.
This time around I have no idea what Michael Rouane has planned but I bought shares back hoping to recoup my past loss here on the basis of hope that he has something planned.
But maybe his constant buying is just to set in place some tax losses?
At one stage I also wondered if he might be wanting to merge it with his potash play - Reward Minerals at some stage.
Maybe someone else out there has a more likely grasp on Empire’s future?
With a current market cap of less that $8.5m I guess it would also make a useful shell?
