When will ERM make their bid for MEL????? They'll need MEL if they want to list a separate gas business (next year?)

They already have at least 10% of the company and they bought their shares late last year at around $0.40 - 0.50. Gas wanna be buyers (LNG & ERM) value MEL shares at $0.40 - $0.50 per share. So put that in your valuation models.

Have they been pushing the MEL price down prior to an offer? - wouldnt be the first time a predator traded a companys share price down before making a bid.

They would probably offer stock + cash. So MEL shareholders - what price will you sell MEL stock to ERM for (xERM shares + $$??)
