Erm chart explanation

Let me explain why i say it will go back to 12.5c, if not definately 14c..... old low of 12.5c then broke out from there not long after, look were rsi and macd were at that stage 20 and 0.00. Look at lower bolinger band below share price, top is 019c and lower one is now 11c indicates current price range on moving averages. At the moment price indicates overbought region, 20 and below is oversold. Now look at old high of 14c this has bounced off this price not long ago, if it can do it again that will confirm to me that the old resistance level of 14c will then be new support level. I hope this has explained my thinkings, cheers big ears.
