So... After the honourable Energy Minister Anthony Roberts announced ERM Power's association with the Obeid family and referred MEL to ICAC, one has to ask why the Vale Power Station was sold to ERM Power for a typical Sydney house price of $1 million dollars?
ICAC Roberts and Baird would not be out of the question IMO.
