The cross was probably worth $1.1-1.2mill and probably crystalised a loss of of $3-4mill to ERM.
Did ERM fear the no vote might get up?
Someone or some entity clearly felt $1.1-1.2mill for 5% was good value.
For now it feels a strange development imo.
