Wabbit, we know Healyn is just speculating, but he is providing clear reasoning behind his theories.
IMHO that reasoning is sound and logical.
we posters have been saying this for months and months.
it is pretty obvious that ERM want out. No doubt
the first hurdle is to get their loan repaid.
they would ensure that their loan is protected as they have security over RG and maybe all EGO assets. cannot recall.
they would not sell down shares yet, because they would not want a Donald Trump type buying their parcel, which could jeopardise their operations of EGO, and thus repayment of loan.
once loan is repaid then they will look for a buyer of shares.
it will happen.
they could sell loan and shares in a package, but that would be a much bigger bite for someone.
