Personally I think getting ERM finance removed and the cap removed is the single most important thing Empire can do. The sp is never going to move until the cap is removed. If they can get the cap removed by re-financing prior to the drill, then this is a best case scenario. If they drill when the cap is still in place, then I believe the sp is doomed. If they get the cap removed and the drillbit hits the ground, then the sky is the limit!!

If they are looking now at refinancing then I would say they are fuly aware of this and are all over it.
