I suppose you copped it because it seems that there are always two sides and when you add it up the only solution for everybody to be happy is for both sides to get what they want - the only way for both sides to get what they want is for ERM to just stop being commercial and to forgive the top-up , and then to get TI to step down as chairperson and then to restructure the debt. I apologise as you have always been sensitive to everyones points.

Really I am not trying to drive more wedges its just that this is becoming impossible and the only outcome is really for this company to be taken over by a real explorer or for us to raise sufficient capital to get rid of ERM.

My frustration is that really it would have been better if this whole 249D had not gone through. Its made ( my opinion) ERM become an oil and gas financier and its stripped the O&G explorer style management out of EGO without replacements ( my opinion) and really what have we achieved - A rudderless (or so it seems) board that doesn't seem to be able to communicate or create adequate understanding.

Its like watching banned Footy players training - its just really sad and frustrating. Any suggestion that will keep that status really freaks me out.

Sorry for ranting at you. I really think this will be my last post on here for some while... Not trying to escape its just that I don't really think its constructive as the solutions cannot ever satisfy both sides.

Joe we both need a rest as these guys don't get it and never will. Appreciate your perspective and detailed work. To be honest the supporters never say anything just ask more ? and knock anyone who has a different opinion.

EGO will be what ever it is in time and none of these people can or will change that, same for us non believers. Only united holders can change that. Interesting times ahead.
