    I am not sure if this question has already been rised here but if EGO (the company) is successful in Supreme Court,

    SHOULD'T THE SUED MEMBERS OF HOT COPPER INITIATE THEIR OWN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS FOR DAMAGES FROM THESE THREE INDIVIDUALS FOR THEIR PAIN AND SUFFERING?
