Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I like Rocketeer happen to strongly disagree with yours;
EXS is moving quickly towards production at the White Dam Gold Project and importantly this will provide the funds to ensure they don't run out.
Submission of the EIS, recommencement of the DFS and ongoing drilling gives every indication they are more than focused on also moving to production at Cloncurry. Development & exploration activities need not, and should not be mutually exclusive!
And so what if they end up selling or dealing on the asset; for the right price a bird in the hand may be the right decision.
There are obviously a number of ways in which things could play out and I believe EXS is well positioned to choose the best option.
