Not sure what I can offer.

At first look it seems a repeat of making borrowing too easy.

Then we know that shutting barn doors after horses have bolted achieves nothing.

By the way, my opinion of Arch Crawford is on the low side.

I got excited about him many years ago, maybe a decade or more, but since then I am not sure I have ever seen him correct. Perhaps others have studied his record more closely.
