Given we hope the Pegmatites found at Andover West and across Azure’s Andover tenement are Lithium bearing, I decided to do some layman’s reading-up. Turns out half the world’s Li comes from Pegmatites and although DRC is catching up, WA remains the largest source of Lithium. But reading up on Pegmatites introduces you to names like Spodumene, Lepidolite and Lithiophyllite. As ERW releases its assay data, these are the minerals we are looking for..
