Bad bits - Management

George spends his time elsewhere as well like Tom. GRE and ARV. These Karratha boys are so intertwined ERW, ARV and GRE should all merge. That would be a ton of land around AZS area.

ERW is the red headed stepchild it would seem.

Tom had drilled 3 holes in ERW history - in 4 years. I'm in a Goldie called GBR in comparison they have in 2023 alone;
1000 Auger holes
126 Air Core
114 RC
5 Diamond Holes

I listened to a interview with him on GRE and he aluded to "why ruin a great project by drilling". Well that's my take on what he said. What he really meant was he's methodical prior to drilling. Well he hired Newexco to locate those 3 holes in any case. He's so methodical he sub contracts the work (Newexco are nickel experts so logical..) or never drills.

Good bits - geology and land

extremely good land - it's got the goods I'm convinced
Nickel potential is still there on trend from AZS (1km)
Lithium is all around us - AZS and RDN (2-4km) can see the pegmatites from google earth
Graphite - very very high grades for when it turns
Gold - both projects have gold anomalies
REE - potential but don't know much about it

Just time until Tom or hopefully someone else can get this moving. I dont think hes a bad geo at all, just a poor MD....which many geos are...
