escape clause?

    As a non holder I'm too lazy to read the complicated offer. But the 10% discount available at the moment looks attractive if it is a sure thing...but is there an escape clause in there somewhere? ie the offer is withdrawn in the event of a material event, such as gold price or stockmarket collapse?
