    hi guys
    I havent had the chance to read the doc is full. A couple of escape clauses are if gold falls below 1200Usd and stay there for 15 days straight or the ASX falls 20 percent which is sub 4000 which also needs to stay there for 15 days straight .

    They also have caluses to be able to match any offer from another party
