Let's focus on the actual topic, this is one worth discussing. It's easy to be negative about what's wrong with Australia and quite a few claims are very valid. The increasing focus on stripping away success or any chance at it being the most valid in my opinion.

It's better to discuss solutions, which @Furiousgeorge wanted to do in the first place.

I'll try to continue the topic a bit more by discussing some of the pros and cons of Monaco. I don't think it's exactly what he's looking for but others might be interested.

Pros
- 0% income tax
- Extremely safe
- Surrounded by other wealthy people and this will rub off on you.
- Pretty nice weather and close to Europe for holidays

Cons
- Not easy to get residency
- Running a corporation there is not that good
- Surrounded by extreme wealth can also come with its downsides, as we discussed earlier re: dubai
- Can be very packed at times. Some people like this though.
