    Boy aren't you're a stupid idiot. I chose the land for investment after careful analysis and now the government want to whack me with a "windfall tax" because I had good foresight.

    And what about those people that bought land which was sold less than what they paid for? Is government going to give them "windfall refund"? You're 100% idiot.
