yes, at times
it will grow a bit. First, there will be the gentle uprisings, then there'll be the police brutality, then there'll be more uprisings because of the police brutality - the latter is similar.
One difference is that Fr has pockets - which are called banlieues. I suggest that Australia will not be as limited in problem areas - I suggest that most Aussie cities will see such - it 'might' begin in Syd or Melb. but wherever it begins - and often the beginnings are a surprise location - from a spark it will ignite into a fast running fire.
Oz has all the ingredients - wealth divide, homelessness, poverty, hungry people, people with mass communication, people with nothing to lose
no national guard, --------------- it's coming.
If Oz could make it that they keep their people off the streets and give them shelter - somehow, secure shelter, then the descent might be averted. However, even if Oz had the guts to do that - it will take time. Time is a precious resource particularly now - there's just not enough of it
in streets and alleys there are people who are living in shock in the back of cars and the like - their emotions range, but disbelief is one of them -
it will turn to anger. When it does, watch out
