Friend if mine was waiting on a platform for a train in Italy when a ticket inspector came up & said she had the wrong ticket, wasn't even on the train.
Wanted a 'fine' but issued no ticket. When she tried paying by card he said it had to be in cash & would show her to an ATM.
She insisted it be by card or not at all, he just walked away.
Now that's corruption.
