Well Kincella. Tree change, sea change or inner city it all depends on the individual. It is great when you have a choice and can do what you like. Stuff the country all that fresh air and quiet. Give me carbon monoxide and chaos anyday. Had a week ender in the Perth hills after 2 years never went there so sold it. The local agent was an idiot but handled a lot of sales from city people and most lost interest and sold up after 2 years. Good if you find what you like. I am walking distance to 5 cafe strips and about 100 restuarants, five gyms, 3 tennis centres, one city and one river, never get bored.
