re: unterwerger has 13m shares Would one of those concepts be, the QTK board withholding market sensitive info. regarding the apparent/alledged TOL contract? Withholding info. to help shake out the small shareholders? Because that would be illegal.
As for Pallister buying higher, yes he did at 36.5c and 38c but he didn't want them at 30c any more. What changed?
