    This explains why shares were going down. Usually when bigger share holder sells behind the scene you will see price drop and all of a sudden announcement come out to confirm that like rmx did today.that was the reason for sellling and you will notice price will start to move up. Also management knew abou this and off course they tried to keep the sp low to buy them back. It happens all the time
