    Why don't prr escrow shares given to people e.g employees, directors etc for say one year or whatever before they are allowed to sell.
    If the person/company in question brought shares on open market do not not qualify this escrow conditions.
    In this instance shares/options to bonous shares to CEO, Directors etc, SP, Link / sophisicated investors or other catagories have this conditions attached.
    I notice ASX announcements- shares out of escrow at certain date
