i dont know who is selling or who has sold BUT over the past few days or so there does seem to be a lot of cross trades(paper shuffling)and bot trading..and that might be a case of someone positioning themselves.

to say the selling pressure was instigated from the option conversion is unlikely, there was many factors that contributed to the price coming down to these levels but let's not forget that price went on a monster run 25c-$1.15?? so it had every right to have a rest.

the stock is very tightly held so any selling or buying creates momentum and once it starts it takes on it's own life form,you just need to be on the right side of it.

volume is picking up at these levels so the big question is , is this the start of the momentum again??

in regards to the new board someone mentioned about a duck and that might be the case
