In regards to the major holders Hewlett and Daws, I think that we would have to get a change in substantial holding notice if they were selling even if it is listed under a different company etc. Fluffy would probably know the ASX rulings on this one better than me. As far as Im aware we would get a notice if they were selling.
The annual Report will have the top 20 holders and number of shares held.
