I think those shares/options coming out of escrow must belong to the founders.
Looking at the Top shareholders list in the annual report 40m share & 27m options belong to Kalgoorlie Auto Service Pty Ltd (Murray Black and Christian Easterday). Then Norman Lester Mountford 4m shares/3m options. Not sure who owns the remaining 3m shares / 2m options.
I very much doubt if any of those shares/option will see the light of day.
Come 3rd May it will just be business as usual.
