Yeh Alex's performance here was remarkable imo, i knew or thought the writedown was coming but miss judged what the market thought, although i did " feed the ducks " the day before the news but kept some. He nailed everything correctly i think, especially from $1 down, AG only just working out Nihl not too good and has now also flagged a few staff problems.
Alex erring on side of estimation also shows that he dosen't get emotionally carried away and keeps his targets within " the band " of estimation in a conservative but realistic manner. The experience, resources, research and the WAY he thinks is top shelf in my book.
I made good money, although only a little fish, but could have made more in hindsight and am kicking myself for being so stupid.
Fancy talk and clever sounding theories that some posters on here peddle are a worry for mum and dad investors and underexperienced traders/investors, its like the old saying, " BS baffles brains "
