Property is nothing like the share market. Property has many times the safeguards and a level playing field for all investors. I've never lost a singe cent in property and made high returns with weekly/monthly updates and always dividends along the way. I've lost over a million in the stock market because Directors can tell you whatever BS they like and stop dividends anytime like with updates only every six months.

Jimk,the asx should just make a seperate bourse and call it the asx (6) the two big miners and the four big banks.how do you work out the miners iron ore down 12 percent in two days and the miners run up huge percentage gains.its got me f----d.
