Of the 48m escrow shares, around 36m shares are Director shares and will probably not come to the market soon.
However, the remaining 12 million shares were “seed shares” and could come to the market anytime. That's roughly the overall volume of 2019 so far. It is extremely important that the company's broker, Gleneagles Securities, finds some long-term supporters for this 12m overhang, if not, share price can suffer dramatically.
