LOL Champ...can't remember the last time that a company's shareprice hasn't been affected when shares have come out of escrow, and particularly when it is such a large percentage of the issued stock. Just the anticipation of stock potentially coming onto the market will cause a sell-off of sorts by some, or at the very least dampen or kill off any upward momentum in the shareprice.

I hold, and I think MAK will do very well over time if it can get everything together as it seems to be slowly doing, but respectfully I suggest that your enthusiasm just doesn't match the reality of the situation...IMO
