I understand from the company that these escrowed shares and milestone securities are predominantly if not all are owned by current management and whilst no one can ever be aware of what an individual will do there is no indication that any of these securities will appear in the market in the foreseeable future. Clearly current management have a high expectation of considerable value adding yet to be realised.
