    Well I cannot find the announcement that the shares have come out of escrow, but one of the latest announcements from Krl dated 20 december 2010,

    The proceeds from the $23.8 million, will be used to payout the unconverted note-holders leaving the company in a debt free position.
    So I am asuming that these guys will be done and dusted asap!
