well pointed out - i do remember the aoe director on the pure energy board resigned a few months before arrow launched an offer - it hardly got a mention in the press i believe!
i don't believe the situation you have pointed out has got much of a mention, though i don't always see a lot of papers
with respect to the threads title, i will have to be consistent and say that notwithstanding todays bid on aoe, the situation is now a lot different for the csg sector - back then everyone had stars in their eyes and all they could see was upside
yes, csg is a valuable resource but it also costs a lot of money to extract ( mainly infrastructure costs ) , treat waste water, rework wells (and even lateral drill) , pipe to markets and/or build lng plants. I think it is fair to say we have found a lot of gas in the world in the past two years
