The issue of independent directors was raised by Hardmano at the 2010 AGM and the ESG board saw no problem with how things are / were. In fact, Alexander Sundich I recall said that because no director held more than 5% of the shares of the company -ipso facto - they are independant.

HM - correct me where I am wrong on this.

So Buddy - if ESG board say there is no problem, well, that is good enough for me - no issue there mate - nothing to see move on folks (sarcasm, of course :) )
