While most companies are run primarily for the benefit of directors and senior management, they are able to disguise the fact. However, because of the transparent simplicity of the DRR business, the full extent to which shareholders are being ripped-off is blatantly obvious. While the business itself offers an attractive investment, I have a rule of avoiding businesses with management that cannot be trusted.
