CST has just been through the wringers with a SOA the bid went from $3.55 to $3.80 because of the revolt of shareholders. We are still being shafted at that price imo but it is a marginally better offer. SOA require a certain percentage of holders to vote yes to get the scheme over the line so it is not that hard to do.
