I cant see that the reserves will add anything to this deal.
The way this SOA is structured means that everything will be transferred to STO and any body wanting more out of their holdings will have to find it in STO. The reserves upgrade should add an increase to STO share price which means the market will pay for the upgrade by the means of those buying in at higher prices not STO. A very well thought out plan in my book, these guys are no fools in the way they have construed this with big money going into the pockets of those who have bent over and allowed this to happen.
I hope that i am wrong unfortunately human nature and the fact that people dont give away anything they dont have to tells me otherwise.
